About Cabin 1
Cabin 1 looks out at the Twin Bridges and sleeps six across four separate areas: three queen bedrooms and a single bed tucked into a more private corner of the enclosed sunroom. It's a favorite with groups and work crews, five minutes from Exit 8.
Like most of the cabins here, it's a little crooked and full of character. There's a steep drop to the river at this cabin, so there's no direct water access — the shared kayak area is a short walk away.

The river
Shared kayak area. Steep drop to the water at this cabin, so no direct access. Use the shared waterfront and kayaks between Cabins 9 and 10.
Kayaks, tubes and life jackets are free to use at the shared waterfront between Cabins 9 and 10. Always wear a life jacket — the river and shoreline are at your own risk.
Good to know
- No direct water access from this cabin (steep drop).
- Dogs welcome — up to 2, with a pet fee, leashed outdoors. No cats.
- Filtered river water — bring drinking water.
- Check in after 3:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM. Self check-in with a lockbox.
- Drive under 10 mph on the single-lane camp road.
